Capacity: Annual capacity for LAN cable are 1, 200, 000 boxes (305mtrs/box), for telecom cable are 1, 000, 000 pair kilometers, for HDMI cables are 1, 000, 000 PCS and for mini-coaxial cables around 10, 000 kms.
Equipment: We are equipped with the first-class full automatic production lines, all the digital controlling systems are imported from Germany, Switzerland and Japan. We also imported the aesa network analyzer (made in Switzerland, HP agilent system) and niton RoHS ***ector (made in u. S. A. ) to control our inspection system. We also have full imported tdr testing systems (tektronix USA) and agilent testing system(HP )for HDMI cables (10.2g) and mini-coaxial cables.
Certification: We are under ISO9001: 2000 quality management system and ISO14001 environment management system with the formal approval from UL. Our products have approved by tlc, UL, etl, delta, CE, SGS RoHS, reach tek, HDMI atc, etc.
